Bet999 Terms and Conditions — Rules & User Agreement

Welcome to bet999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player" or "you") and bet999 ("the platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the bet999 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all related services available at bet999.cash.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on bet999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the bet999 platform in any capacity.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of their location within Pakistan, and they apply to all products and services offered through bet999 — including online casino games, live dealer tables, poker, esports betting, crash games, Aviator, and Ludo. Additional product-specific rules may apply to certain games or betting formats and are published in the relevant product sections of the platform. Where product-specific rules conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product only.

To register and play on bet999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for the duration of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bet999 is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not permit minors to register, deposit funds, or participate in any form of gaming or betting.
• You must be a real, individual person — not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you may not use bet999.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the platform. Each account must represent a single, real individual.
• You must not be a current or recent employee, contractor, agent or family member of an employee of bet999 or any of its affiliated companies, without prior written permission from bet999 management.

Bet999 verifies age during the account registration process. We may request documentary proof of age (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) at any point, and your account will be restricted from withdrawals until satisfactory documentation has been provided and verified. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited to such an account will be returned to the original payment source after mandatory verification processes are completed.

Each player may hold exactly one account on bet999. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods or any other means of differentiation — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your bet999 account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. The information you provide must include:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued identification
• A valid Pakistani mobile phone number that you own and have active access to
• A valid email address that you own and monitor regularly
• Your date of birth (day, month and year)
• A secure password of your own choosing

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any registered information changes — particularly your mobile number, email address or payment details — you must update your account promptly. Bet999 accepts no responsibility for failures in communication, verification or payment processing caused by outdated account information provided by the player.

Your bet999 account credentials (username and password) are personal and confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must change your password immediately and notify bet999 support.

Bet999 reserves the right to require enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documents typically include a copy of your CNIC (front and back), a selfie, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

All deposits and withdrawals on bet999 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Bet999 does not accept foreign currency deposits, and all balances displayed in your account are denominated in PKR.

Deposits must only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment instrument belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being flagged for review.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same account, or to a verified personal account in the same name as the registered bet999 account. This policy is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement. Bet999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where identity verification has not yet been completed.

Bet999 may impose daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. Current withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits upon request.

Bet999 offers various bonuses, promotions and loyalty rewards to registered players. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms — wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal amounts — which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

General bonus rules applicable across all bet999 promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and can only be converted to withdrawable funds after the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet using bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and real funds, as specified) before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is possible.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10–20%, and some games may contribute 0%. The exact contribution percentages are specified in each offer's terms.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time. Activating a new bonus while an existing one is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used by someone other than the account holder.
• Bet999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus from a specific account if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.
• Players who self-exclude or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses during the restriction period.

Attempting to circumvent bonus terms through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of platform errors is treated as a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.

All casino games and betting markets on bet999 are governed by the rules displayed within the game or betting section itself. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real money bets. Bets placed are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the player.

Bet999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based casino games. The RNG is independently audited and produces statistically random outcomes for every game round. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent the expected long-run statistical return across a very large number of rounds — they do not guarantee specific short-term results for any individual player.

For live dealer games, outcomes are determined by real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) managed by professional croupiers in a monitored studio environment. Bet999 is not responsible for outcomes that differ from player expectations in live dealer games, as these outcomes are the result of real physical processes.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or any platform error during a game round:

• If a round was completed and the result was logged by the server, that result stands.
• If a round could not be completed due to a technical fault on the bet999 side, the bet for that round will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed in error by a player (wrong amount, wrong game, wrong selection) are not eligible for refund once confirmed.

Bet999 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes in cases where a bet was accepted in error due to a pricing or odds feed malfunction, or where the outcome of a betting market is materially different from what was offered at the time of bet placement due to a data error.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bet999. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following will have their account suspended, all associated funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Opening or using more than one account, whether personally or through another person acting on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner that is inconsistent with normal recreational play — including creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses, matched betting strategies using bet999 funds, or any other structured exploitation of promotional offers.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any other automated software to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Money laundering: Using bet999 deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism for disguising the origin or movement of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been legitimately used for betting on the platform.
• Providing false information: Submitting false identity documents, fake KYC materials, or inaccurate personal information during registration or verification.
• Accessing another player's account: Logging into, attempting to log into, or using another player's bet999 account in any way.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing conduct toward other players or bet999 staff through any platform channel.

Bet999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Disputes or chargebacks filed against bet999 by the player's payment provider
• Player request for self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, the player will be notified by email or mobile number and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases of serious fraud where immediate suspension is necessary to prevent further harm. Where a closure results in a balance remaining in the account, bet999 will process the balance to the player's verified payment method after all applicable checks are completed, provided no grounds for forfeiture exist.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support at support@bet999.cash. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. If a player wishes to reopen a voluntarily closed account, a new request must be submitted to support and may be subject to re-verification.

Bet999 collects, stores and processes personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. If any conflict exists between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal data, the Privacy Policy takes precedence.

In summary, bet999 collects your personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and, where you have given consent, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We share data only with service providers who assist in running the platform (payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers) under data processing agreements that require appropriate data protection standards.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by bet999, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records for regulatory and AML compliance purposes. Such requests should be directed to support@bet999.cash.

Bet999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming and betting on bet999 are intended to be forms of entertainment. We recognise that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and we provide tools to help players maintain healthy habits and access support when needed.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bet999 account holders at no charge and are accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Your account resumes automatically at the end of the period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account for a minimum period of 6 months, up to indefinite exclusion. Bet999 will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period has elapsed.

Players are encouraged to seek external support if they believe their gambling has become problematic. Reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. Bet999 will always respect and enforce self-exclusion requests immediately upon receipt.

Bet999 will not target, market to, or incentivise continued play by players who have activated responsible gaming limits or who have previously self-excluded. Any such request can be reported to support@bet999.cash and will be investigated immediately.

Bet999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure at all times. While we work to maintain high uptime and platform reliability, temporary outages, maintenance windows and technical failures can and do occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet999's liability to any player is limited to:

• The return of any unplayed real money balance in the player's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim
• Refund of bets that could not be completed due to a confirmed technical failure on bet999's side

Bet999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from the player's own decisions during gameplay. Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss, and players accept this risk by choosing to play.

Bet999 is not responsible for any internet connection costs, data charges, or device-related expenses incurred by players while using the platform. Players are responsible for ensuring their own devices and connections are adequate for the services they wish to use.

Bet999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes — including notification via email, in-app notification or a prominent notice on the website — at least seven (7) days before changes take effect, except where a change is required urgently by regulatory or legal necessity.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continuing to use the bet999 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, your only recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account. In such cases, any verified balance remaining in your account will be withdrawn to your registered payment method upon request.
